Treatments

Advanced, Individualized Treatment Plans

We offer a full spectrum of interventional and non-interventional therapies — tailored to your specific condition and designed to restore your function and quality of life.

Treatment That Starts With You

No two patients experience pain the same way. After a thorough diagnostic evaluation, we build a personalized treatment plan that may combine interventional procedures, medication management, and rehabilitative therapies — always with the goal of getting you back to the life you love.

Our Approach

How We Build Your Treatment Plan

Comprehensive Evaluation

We begin with a thorough review of your history, imaging, and prior treatments to understand the full picture of your condition.

Accurate Diagnosis

Using advanced diagnostic tools and physical examination, we identify the precise source of your pain — not just the symptoms.

Personalized Plan

We design a tailored treatment plan that may combine interventional procedures, rehabilitation, and medication management.

Ongoing Support

We monitor your progress and adjust your plan as needed — ensuring you achieve the best possible long-term outcome.

Interventional Treatments

Precision Procedures for Targeted Relief

Interventional pain management uses minimally invasive techniques to directly target the source of pain — often providing relief when conservative treatments alone are not enough.

Epidural Steroid Injections

Corticosteroid medication delivered directly into the epidural space to reduce inflammation around compressed spinal nerves, relieving pain from herniated discs or spinal stenosis.

Facet Joint Injections

Targeted injections into the small joints along the spine to diagnose and treat facet joint syndrome, reducing localized back or neck pain.

Medial Branch Blocks

Diagnostic nerve blocks that identify whether facet joints are the source of pain, guiding further treatment decisions.

Radiofrequency ablation — farmer smiling in field with spine RFA diagram showing successful pain relief

Radiofrequency Ablation (RFA)

A minimally invasive procedure that uses heat generated by radio waves to disrupt nerve signals causing chronic facet joint or sacroiliac joint pain — providing long-lasting relief.

Sacroiliac joint fusion implant screws illustrated in bone anatomy

Sacroiliac Joint Injection and Fusion

Injections into the sacroiliac joint to reduce inflammation and pain in the lower back, buttocks, and legs.

Spinal cord stimulator implant device illustration showing lead placement along the spine

Spinal Cord Stimulation (SCS)

An implantable device that delivers mild electrical impulses to the spinal cord, interrupting pain signals before they reach the brain — ideal for chronic, treatment-resistant pain.

Nerve Block Procedures

Targeted injections of anesthetic and/or steroid medication around specific nerves to interrupt pain signals and reduce inflammation.

Endoscopic spine surgery procedure — surgeon with endoscope and spinal anatomy illustration

Endoscopic Spine Surgery

A minimally invasive surgical technique using a small endoscope to access and treat spinal conditions — including disc herniations and stenosis — with minimal tissue disruption, reduced recovery time, and same-day discharge.

StabiLink MIS Interlaminar Spinal Fixation System — couple smiling after minimally invasive spine surgery

Minimally Invasive Spine Surgery

Same-day outpatient spine procedures using titanium spacers and fusion techniques — delivering lasting structural stability with smaller incisions, less tissue disruption, and faster recovery than traditional open surgery.

Medical professional handling blood samples with centrifuge for stem cell treatment

Stem Cell Treatment

Advanced regenerative therapy using stem cells to address musculoskeletal conditions and degenerative disc disease — harnessing the body's own healing potential to repair damaged tissue, reduce inflammation, and restore function at the cellular level.

ViaVerte™ basivertebral nerve ablation anatomical illustration

ViaVerte™ Basivertebral Nerve Ablation

A minimally invasive, FDA-cleared procedure that uses radiofrequency energy to ablate the basivertebral nerve — the primary pain generator inside the vertebral body — providing long-lasting relief for patients with chronic vertebrogenic low back pain and Modic changes.

Balloon kyphoplasty before and after — minimally invasive vertebral fracture treatment restoring active pain-free life

Balloon Kyphoplasty

A minimally invasive procedure for vertebral compression fractures in which a small balloon is inserted into the collapsed vertebra, inflated to restore height, then filled with bone cement — stabilizing the fracture, relieving pain, and restoring mobility so patients can return to an active, pain-free life.

MILD procedure — patient silhouette with spinal stenosis and cross-section anatomy showing ligamentum flavum compression

MILD® Procedure

Minimally Invasive Lumbar Decompression (MILD®) is a safe, FDA-cleared outpatient procedure for lumbar spinal stenosis caused by ligamentum flavum hypertrophy. Using specialized tools through a small incision, excess ligament tissue is removed to restore space in the spinal canal — reducing nerve compression, improving mobility, and relieving leg and back pain with minimal recovery time.

Conservative & Rehabilitative Care

Building Strength, Restoring Function

Not every condition requires an interventional approach. Our conservative and rehabilitative care options are designed to reduce pain, improve mobility, and build the strength needed for long-term recovery.

Physical Therapy

Individualized exercise programs and manual therapy techniques to restore strength, flexibility, and function — guided by licensed physical therapists.

Medication Management

Careful, evidence-based prescribing of analgesics, anti-inflammatories, muscle relaxants, and other medications to manage pain while minimizing side effects and dependency risks.

Regenerative Medicine - Platelet Rich Plasma

Transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation delivers low-voltage electrical currents to reduce pain signals and promote muscle relaxation — a non-invasive option for chronic pain management.

Bracing & Orthotics

Custom and off-the-shelf bracing solutions to support injured or unstable joints, reduce pain, and facilitate healing during recovery.

Lifestyle & Ergonomic Counseling

Personalized guidance on posture, body mechanics, activity modification, and workplace ergonomics to reduce pain triggers and prevent re-injury.

Weight Management & Nutrition

Structured programs addressing the role of body weight and nutrition in musculoskeletal pain — reducing mechanical load on the spine and joints while supporting overall health.
